New Album "Prince Igor" coming soon
IGOR's new album of smooth and silky saxophone has just been recorded and mastered in Italy. The CD features 16 intoxicating tracks.
To long-time IGOR fans this album will be a most welcome gift from the artist they have come to admire. For his more recent followers, it will be an introduction to the very best of IGOR. And for those who contend that instrumental music is not their cup of tea...well... they may just find themselves joining IGOR with his finest work to date. "Prince Igor" will be released in February 2006.

In January 2006 Figoro Music (Australia) will be participating at MIDEM in Cannes, France where IGOR's new album "Prince Igor" will be presented to the biggest music market in the world.

Hi Everyone!!!
Well I am three weeks into making the record and things are moving along quite well. The year is looking like it will shape up to be pretty busy, and I am working on getting new music out to you. It might not be coming at quite the pace I would like, but things will be done right, which makes the waiting fine.

You'll be happy to know IGOR is currently in the studio recording his new album "Prince Igor" . This album will be available for sale early next year. We'll keep you posted as more information becomes available.

"Timeless" CD launch at the Billich Gallery in Sydney.
On December 12, 2004 IGOR will be celebrating the release of his new CD "Timeless". It will be an exclusive (invitation only) CD launch at the Billich Gallery  with the Musician and the unique experience of the Artist live sketching.

2CCR-FM 90.5 (The Sound of Style) Radio’s Graham Johnson will host the release.
 
CDs will, of course, be on sale at the event.

New Album "Timeless" coming soon
IGOR's new album "Timeless" has been mixed and mastered at Silicon Groove Studio, Bergamo (BG), Italy. The 12 track album full of intimate melodies and smooth grooves. It features guest appearances from David Moyse (ex Air Supply) and some of IGOR's other musican friends.  If you like IGOR's smooth and silky melodies, "Timeless" will be the one for you.

OCTOBER 17, 2004
On the 22nd and 23rd of October IGOR will be performing with TCB Band at the Star City Casino in Sydney. For those of you that don't know, TCB stands for "taking care of business". This is what Elvis Presley called his band.

Now if you like Kenny G (which I do) that is what you are going to get on You And I. Lots of soft, pretty, in fact even gorgeous ballads that would fit perfectly on Smooth Jazz radio. I certainly was enjoying this record.
Bonus goes to IGOR for writing every song on the CD. The man has pop/jazz talent and I can see why he is very popular in his country.

For a man who has travelled almost around the world, the saxophonist simply know as IGOR is one of the brightest smooth jazz talents around. His latest release called "You and I" could make IGOR one of the best up and coming artists in the United States.

IGOR could be the next instrumentalist to have a worldwide following that could eclipse many of the other instrumental performers, such as John Tesh or Yanni. You and I has the potential and IGOR has the talent.

Figoro Music (Australia) and Orange Music (Singapore) have signed
licensing contracts for the distribution of IGOR's album "You and I" in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Figoro Music presented IGOR at two prestigious venues in India
(Bombay and New Delhi) on the 9th and 10th of January 2004 and
the shows were a resounding success.
The audience loved the music and the collaboration with Indian Musicians Vivienne and Merlin doing a fusion version of Smooth Jazz with a crossover into Indian music.
The Indian Press and Cable Television did extensive media coverage of the two shows as well as exclusive interviews with IGOR.
Figoro Music also had meetings with Times Music India following which an agreement has been reached between the two companies to distribute IGOR’s music in the Indian sub-continent. IGOR and Times Music meet again at MIDEM in Cannes, France next week, where contracts will be exchanged and formal announcements made to this effect.

IGOR and band celebrated the release of IGOR's new CD to a packed house at one of Australia's coolest live music venues. The night was a great success with IGOR showcasing his new work.
